God’s Grace Notes is the first social media profile I created when I was introduced to the social community of Squidoo. (2007)
Created by Seth Godin, Squidoo was an online community that provided writerrs with the opportunity to generate revenue by writing articles about your areas of expertise.

During my time as a Squidoo lensmaster, I wrote about mental illness, homelessness in America, Bible stories, and craft tutorials.
I was one of the founding Squid Angels, a member of the Squidoo Giants Club, a Squidoo Greeter, and contributor to the “So Crafty” magazine.

It was important to me to discuss the challenges of the mental illnesses that were still wreaking havoc on my life at that time, so I created GodsGraceNotes.com as a blog where I could continue sharing my thoughts about my experiences with DID, Bipolar, and PTSD recovery.
You can read the story of my initial disclosure on Healthy Place while I continue the re-construction of my ever-transitioning blog at God’s Grace Notes.
The stigma story I wrote for the Stand Up For Mental Health Campaign in 2010 was the first time I publicly disclosed my diagnosis of dissociative identity disorder. (DID)
I am currently revising God’s Grace Notes to change the voice of my story. My life has been a very vivid example of the chaos caused by DID, so I am thrilled to be revising the blog to reflect the recent strides I have been making in my integration process.
I will post an update on my video channel when my mental health blog at God’s Grace Notes is live again.

The Kataluma Adventure is the story of my life journey that prepared me to serve as America’s Homeless Recovery Coach.
It is the story of how I became homeless due to undiagnosed DID, and chronicles the many details of lessons I learned while navigating the current strategies of how we help those who are homeless in America.
I did NOT see my experience as an “adventure” during the time it was actually happening!!!
I have come to view my journey through completely new lenses because of the healing I have experienced since I first learned I was experiencing dissociation and unresolved trauma.
It is now my great joy to be engaging in my passion for helping others who are still struggling with the same challenges that nearly destroyed my own life.
Tougher Than Our ACEs is the workshop I created to show you the step-by-step process that has brought healing to my once-shattered heart, mind, and life circumstances.
Registration Information will be available soon. (October, 2022)
